Police will allege their mother was behind the wheel at the time of the accident on the morning of February 18.

The trio were returning home to Halls Head from Kalgoorlie and detectives said they were all wearing seat belts.

After the crash, 31-year-old Oyen was taken to hospital but later released.

She will appear in court again in August.
