A man died after hitting the back of a parked truck on St NSW highway.
Emergency services responded to the Pacific Highway in Cowan around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday following reports of a crash involving a truck and a car.
Upon arrival, officers found that the vehicle had crashed into the rear of a parked truck.

The driver of the car, a 22-year-old man, was seriously injured and died on the spot.
The driver of the truck, a 56-year-old man, was taken to Hornsby Hospital for mandatory tests.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident has begun, the police said.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner’s information.
