Lull Original Premium Mattress Review: A Cut Above Lull’s Original Bed – Video

[ad_1]

The original premium Lull mattress, the new mid-range offering in the L range. Who will it be best for? What do you need to know about it? We’ll cover all of this and more in today’s video. Hey guys, I’m JD with a scene at home. Hope you are doing well. And today we’re going to go over the five main things you should probably know about this mattress if you might be considering getting one for yourself, if you like this video, like it and subscribe to our channel for a lot more, hit the description box. If you want to see my full written review I recently wrote on our website that you have a lot more details about this bed that I may skip in today’s video. But the first important thing to know about the original premium, which we received free of charge from L for review, is its overall construction. So it’s a full foam bed about 12 inches thick. There’s supportive indentation foam on the bottom, a high-density transition layer that acts as a buffer between support and comfort for the bed, and then breathable gel memory foam on top. The bed is rounded off with a quilted cover that has even more memory foam for comfort. And the bed itself looks a cut above many others online, taking the concepts behind the original lull to the next level. To me it’s very similar to just the original lull mattress. Much better quality and somewhat tight. This quilted cover definitely adds more than a premium aesthetic to the bed. But while the bed has some memory foam qualities near the top, we’d say its overall design gives it more of a neutral foam feel. This should be a nice feeling style of mattress for almost every sleeper out there. This memory foam is designed to be particularly breathable. So it won’t be as thick as a viscous gel memory foam found on something like a Nectar or Tempur pedic. It’s almost like a softer comfort foam. It’s really responsive on top. But when you climb in, you can feel a bit of that dense pressure relief from the transition layer in the middle of the bed. I almost liken the feel of this mattress to something like the Casper One foam. So just know that as opposed to the more mixed mixed foam feel you’ll find with the original L here, you’re getting more of an overall neutral foam feel. Another thing to note about this bed is its overall firmness profile. It’s going to skew towards the firmer end of the spectrum, right, between medium and proper medium firm. This type of firmness should work well for all sleeping styles, but is a bit more ideal for back or stomach sleepers who prefer something firm but not too firm. You can definitely sleep on this mattress if you are more of a sleeper nation myself. But if you tend to prefer your side or are just a strict side sleeper, it might be too firm for your liking. The original Lol and the hybrid Lulu are closer to a flat medium. So this is a bit more suited to a side sleeper preference. Also note that the bed’s all-foam design makes it best for supporting medium to petite sizes. If you’re a heavier person, definitely consider a Lulu hybrid or another hybrid mattress online. The fourth thing to know about the original premium mattress is the policies that will be backed and oh boy are they good? You get a completely free bed and mattress box. Once you own it, you get a full year trial. So this is more than enough time to decide whether the bed will be right for you or not. If you decide that the bed is not suitable for you, you have the option of returning it to your disposal. But if you want to keep it, it’s backed by a lifetime warranty. If you want to see more specific information about these policies, I know what I just went over may be pretty general. There should be some more useful, comprehensive details in the description field. A bed can have the best policy information in the world, but it’s all invalid if the price is reduced. So, the fifth thing you need to know about the small original premium mattress is its price. Keep in mind that when I record this video, it’s a big bed sale. So this pricing may be slightly different at the time you are viewing. But right now, the queen size retails for the $1,700 mark. But after the discount, you’ll pay just over the $1,000 mark for it. All things considered. I’d say that’s not half bad for a more premium phone mattress online these days, we’ll have all the latest promotions and prices for this bed, link below in the description box. So feel free to check this out for yourself. But that leaves us with the question of who will ultimately be best for this mattress? And I’d say if you’re in the market for a premium all-foam mattress and you’re interested in getting a comfort bed, but you want something with a neutral foam feel that’s on the slightly firmer end of the spectrum, go for it. But personally, if you’re just looking for matte interest with no frills and want to save a few $100, look at the original L, it’s a bit more affordable, especially after a discount for you. But these are the five main things you need to know about the low initial premium. We hope this video has pointed you in the right direction today in your online mattress search. If so, enjoy this video and always consider subscribing to cnet home for much more. Press the description box again. There should be a full written review I recently did on this mattress link down there for you, but this one will do. I’m JD at CNET and I’ll see you in the next one.
