Driver charged after minibus rollover kills two migrant workers in Victoria

Two passengers, aged 34 and 43, who are Samoan nationals, died at the scene, about 36 kilometers from Mildura.
Several people in the van were rushed to hospital, with a 39-year-old man and a 37-year-old man remaining in a critical condition.
A 27-year-old man and a 26-year-old man remain in a serious condition and a 40-year-old man is in a stable condition.
Three other passengers, a 28-year-old man, a 23-year-old man and a 21-year-old man, went to hospital for observation but have since been released.
Police confirmed that all passengers were Samoan nationals.
The driver, a 25-year-old man, has been charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing death and five counts of dangerous driving causing serious injury.
He will appear in Mildura Magistrates Court this afternoon.
